I had a wonderful stay at the Beverly Wilshire, enjoying its elegant decor and the really good service from the staff. The location right across from Rodeo Drive was a huge bonus for shopping and dining. Although the room was spacious and clean, it did feel a bit dated and could use renovation. My dining experience at CUT, however, left much to be desired due to overpriced food and poor quality. Overall, it was a nice visit despite some hiccups. 🌟

My room was spacious and clean, but felt a bit old-fashioned and in need of refurbishment. The luxurious bathroom was a nice touch, with a spa bath and double sinks, making my stay quite comfortable.

I had a disappointing experience at CUT, where I found the food to be overpriced with subpar quality and presentation. This aspect really contrasted with the high standards I expected from a Four Seasons restaurant.

The hotel offered a nice range of amenities, including a beautiful pool area and room service that was efficient and high-quality. I appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities upon check-in as well.

My stay at the Beverly Wilshire was generally good, highlighted by its elegant decor and prime location right by Rodeo Drive. However, I did encounter some service hiccups, particularly with luggage delivery that took longer than expected. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still quite enjoyable, thanks to their attentive staff and luxurious amenities.

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, truly reflecting a luxurious experience. The comfort of the bed allowed for restful nights, which I appreciated.
Service

While the staff was generally friendly and attended to most of my needs, the delays in receiving my luggage were frustrating, especially as I was pressed for time on the day of my appointment.

I had an very nice stay at the Beverly Wilshire with its stunning decor and fantastic location. The gracious staff made me feel welcome throughout my time there, although some room amenities were lacking. I enjoyed easy access to Rodeo Drive and high-end shopping, making it a perfect choice for my LA visit, despite a couple of minor inconveniences.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious and boasted beautiful views, but I found the shower cabin oddly designed, which was slightly disappointing. The bed, while comfortable, could have used some enhancements to elevate the overall experience.

The hotel is perfectly situated right next to Rodeo Drive, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. I appreciated the safe and walkable district, allowing me to explore easily.
Dining

Dining at CUT was a fantastic experience with excellent food quality and service. However, I felt that a breakfast buffet would have complemented the upscale dining options much better.

The hotel provided a solid range of amenities, including a lovely pool area and efficient room service, but I was disappointed that the Rolls Royce house car wasn't available for my request. The ambiance was good overall, though.

I had a fantastic stay at Beverly Wilshire, enjoying the elegant decor and attentive service throughout my visit. The location near Rodeo Drive is perfect for shopping, and the staff made me feel valued, especially with their friendly interactions. However, I did experience a frustrating billing issue after my departure that soured the experience slightly. Overall, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I'd love to return to this iconic hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a one-bedroom Beverly Suite, which was tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The suite offered plenty of natural light and a large balcony with views of the Hollywood Hills. However, I found the bathroom to be surprisingly small and not as functional as I hoped, which was a bit disappointing.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the valet who greeted me warmly to the front desk team who provided excellent service. I appreciated the follow-up call from the Guest Experience Manager after check-in. However, I faced a frustrating time trying to resolve a billing issue after my stay, where communication could have been smoother.
Location

The hotel's location at the foot of Rodeo Drive is unbeatable for anyone wanting to explore Beverly Hills. I enjoyed walking to the nearby shops and restaurants, and it was an excellent base for visiting attractions like the Getty and West Hollywood.
Dining
7.0
I had breakfast at The Blvd, where the outdoor patio provided a lovely atmosphere. The French toast and specialty croissant were good. Still, I was a bit disappointed with the limited brunch menu that day, as it didn’t cater well to typical breakfast tastes, making it less enjoyable compared to in-room dining. The cost was also higher than expected.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts impressive amenities, including a nice pool area and a spa that looked inviting, though I did not get to use them. There was also an interesting exhibit showcasing the hotel's history, which added a nice touch to my visit. However, the pool area seemed a bit compact and not as luxurious as I would have expected from a hotel like this.

I enjoyed breakfast at The Blvd, where the outdoor patio offered a pleasant ambiance. However, the limited brunch menu on a Saturday morning was not what I expected.

The hotel's amenities, including the pool area, were adequate but not extraordinary. I appreciated the clean public spaces, but the pool could be more impressive.
